Gregg is the "Captain of the Ship", a fearless leader and competitor whose attention to detail is second to none. His experience offshore boating began three decades ago with a 24' Pantera. A family man, businessman and passionate racer, Gregg handles all things big and small without difficulty hence the nickname "The Handler". His investment in the team's assets provides the team with the safest, fastest and most technologically advanced equipment in the world. However, his greatest asset and contribution is his commitment to being the best by bringing out the best in everyone around him.

Owner of Aqua-Mania, Inc- a full service marine dealership located in Alexandria Bay, NY. His personality, passion, dedication and investment in the powerboat business can be described as tireless. A lifelong seasonal resident in the Thousand Islands, upon graduating from college, he founded Aqua-Mania, Inc. in 1986. The company's name and logo signifies its location and involvement in the boating world. Rick's companies are committed to all things aqua - with sales, service, rental, racing and marina development. His experience throttling offshore boats began in 1988 with a triple engine Pantera. Two decades of buying, selling, building and racing powerboats, the turbine class entrance is the result of 20 plus years of, determination, perseverance and experience.

Owner of Kolorcraft Autobody & Marine in Syracuse, NY, Greg has been painting, restoring and customizing everything from cars and boats to motorcycles and golf carts since his professional beginnings 30 years ago. In addition he has built numerous custom bikes, hot rods and powerboats. Aside from the obvious and rare talents he possesses his most enviable attribute is his dedication and work ethic. From this he has earned the nickname "Rock". A married family man with children and grandchildren, Greg is grounded but passionate and dedicated to our team, its success and offshore racing. Kolorcraft and Greg Smith have been and continue to be great assets to Aqua-Mania, Inc. and the G-3 racing program since 1994.

Owner of Thomas Racing Engines located alongside of Kolorcraft in Syracuse, NY, Jim and Greg are inseparable. Their combined skill sets and assets give our team diversity and depth in mechanical, body and paint. Jim has also been a great asset to Aqua-Mania, Inc. for over a decade. He is regarded as one of the best in the engine business by all who have had the luxury of his services. When you want it done right at a price you can afford, Jim Thomas Racing Engines is the place to go.

Owner of Mattech, LLC, an auto repair center also located within Kolorcraft in Syracuse, NY, Matt brings a variety of mechanical and electrical skills to the team. He is the man in the trenches not afraid to tackle any job. Matt is an intense, determined individual whose dedication to the team goes beyond the wrenches. Matt is also skilled in jujitsu and is not afraid to bark if you are out of line. A part-time employee of Aqua-Mania, Inc. but a full-time, life long friend to all he considers worth while.

Owner of NSA (Network Security Associates), Bill has unique and diverse expertise in multiple technologies. He has and continues to pioneer and advance our team's audio, video and internet connectivity as well as onboard systems. Bill's relationship to Aqua-Mania, Inc. goes back to its inception where he and Rick came up with the name at breakfast while in college together. He is a tremendous asset to the team and all who engage his technical services and support.

Owner of Trucks R Us outside of Syracuse, NY in the small town of Central Square, John is an "honest" salesman who specializes in late model American trucks. His love of racing and motorsports makes him a great asset to our racing team. John is mechanically inclined but more importantly incredibly observant and helpful with all aspects of the team's function. Whatever is needed or lacking John is always ready, capable and willing to assist or tackle the job without hesitation or struggle. From the dry pits to the wet pits and everything in between you will find John and at 6'4" he is impossible to miss. John's honest, call it like it is personality provides levity and balance to the team which is vital in times of crisis and stress.

The name says it all, Todd is a professional bartender and entertainer in his own right. From set-up to clean up and everything in between, Todd does it with a smile and makes everyone feel welcome.Whether you're on the team, fans, friends or strangers his unique style makes all feel welcome. He has tremendous pride and a discriminating eye for details. Todd gives the team a leg up no matter what town we are in with his charismatic personality, friendly smile and unsolicited helping hand to everyone in attendance.

Larry has been with Aqua-Mania, Inc. for 20 of its 23 years in business. He possesses a variety of skills from mechanical and electrical to bodywork and fabricating. Larry is as reliable as it gets and always gets the job done right the first time. His loyalty and wisdom provide added insurance to the team without the drama. His humorous personality and practical solutions can fill any unexpected gaps the team experiences without challenge.

Joe is a full time marine tech at Aqua-Mania, Inc.. Joe is dedicated and loyal to all he cares about and is capable of tackling most any repair that is needed. Joe mans the shop during the season and supports the race team both at home and on the road. His work ethic is as good as it gets no matter how much fun he had the night before. Joe likes to have a good time, a good laugh and anyone who has experienced it will be forever changed.

Tom is a full time professional truck driver from Ontario Canada. He is the man responsible to transport the equipment along with Larry Cutway, they make it look easy. The team is fortunate to have such an experienced driver who not only gets the job done on time; he does it without any damage or abuse.

Jordan is a West Palm native former pro footballer with the guts and attitude to succeed in today fast paced offshore racing arena. Years of experience leading other turbine powered boats to victory give G3 racing the edge it needs. Experience as a turbine crew chief and superb mechanical and troubleshooting skills make Jordan an invaluable addition to the G3racing team. Jordan also likes to crochet in his spare time.

Native of south Florida Milton’s hard working attitude, drive and determination to succeed has contributed to G3 racing success. His general mechanical savvy combined with his uncanny ability to produce results has allow G3 racing to rocket to the top of turbine extreme class racing world. Milton is there for the team in every difficult situation.

John is the founder and owner of Turbine Marine, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL. He is the foremost in turbine powered racing boats and has earned his reputation through his persistent and relentless pursuit of perfection. Without John , his hand picked and trained staff, our boat would be but a fantasy in the making. John provides the team with the best support anywhere in the world, with his knowledge, resources and staff our team is unstoppable.

A full-time employee of Turbine Marine, Carmen Ezzo is "The Man" who heads the rigging team at Turbine Marine. His rigging skills are second to none and his dedication goes way beyond a 9 to 5 job. Our team enjoys his contributions both at the races and in the shop. Carmen is innovative and enthusiastic about his passion. The team is lucky to have his knowledge and support.

John is the owner of Mystic Powerboats in Deland Florida, the maker of hull. He provides both structural and technical support to the team with a smile. His dedication to taking performance to the next level has made our boat the best in the world. His contribution to the team gives us the advantage over all others.
